TRIX engages customer utilizing a triad approach : Consulting, Products and Services.

Consulting is the first pillar that employs engaging, immersing and blueprinting a solution based on the business case. The engaging involves information gathering and business case analysis. The immersing stage involves business process walkthrough and business analysis consolidation. Blueprinting is where we drawn out the solution framework for review and confirmation before moving the next stage.

Product selection is a process follows once the blueprint is signed off and TRIX takes a vendor agnostic approach in its selection. Product selection and recommendation is based on desired approached as per blueprint.

Services involves both pre-post project implementation. Pre-Project services encompasses RF Survey, Process Mapping and Blueprinting. Post-Project services encompasses implementation, training and support. (i.e. which covers hardware and software related matters)

TRIX offers two method of owing our RFID solution framework. The first is direct ownership whereby TRIX will walkthrough the entire project lifecycle and the customer will take over. Lights out is another approach where the entire solution is leased out to the customer and all aspect from concept, implementation and maintain will be handled by TRIX.
